Was this meant to be directed to me? You will need API calls to determine the size of the desktop and where the window sits in the desktop, but why direct this to me? Just wondering...

Again, was this meant to be directed to me? I know all this. I referred to a program that I made just a few weeks ago that does this. But I wasn't asking any questions.

Anyways, back to the original post: I think it is clear that Edward Gioja wants something that acts like a toolbar in the Windows desktop.
