When I do stuff (in the course of my job) I review it twice in order to keep from being embarrassed. If it's really big stuff my boss reviews it again before we give it out to those outside the department.
I thought learning to review stuff was part of the "experience" in "must have X years of experience" in most job qualifications.
I bet those people get paid more than me for doing a lousy job!
