Do you need to refresh the grid specifically? Have you checked the views to make sure that both are updated correctly? How are you requerying them?

It uses two remote views, one for the parent record, one for the child records (one-to-many related by po_id) When the form loads, a dialog asks the user for a value that is used in a parametized view (for the parent view) for the form, so only one parent record and its child records are brought up from the SQL server.
