Add a field in the file for UnconfirmedReservations... Then you can use this plus Reservations to determine if there is still room on a sub... If a new user comes in, and there group wouldn't fit assuming Unconfired will all be confired you can then check to see, if they would fit if the unconfirmed were not confirmed... Tell them to try again..

Or, you could take StandBy reservations... and, once you eiter confirm or Zero the unconfirmed reservations you could confirm the standby or notify them that the sub is full and there standbys have been deleted, they should try another trip.
