I Have a procurement status system that has 45 canned reports. What I did was create a form with page tabs that title each report. The user will look at the form and choose the report they are interested in. Then they will press a button to execute the report, if the report required parameters they are entered on the page that was chosen. The user then chooses where they want the report sent SCREEN, PRINTER, or EMAIL the report to them.
