What is reasonnable entirely depends on the situation. Anyboddy can make lightening fast systems or real turkeys. It's all a question on how much it costs to develop a faster solution, and how necessary fast responses are. The bottom line is that if the users need fast response times, then your analysis should point it out so that you can include this in your system requirements. There simply is _is_ no such thing as a reasonable response time. What is reasonnable today will be ridiculous in a few months (weeks, days???). My 2 BEF, Marc

If things have the tendency to go your way, do not worry. It won't last. Jules Renard.
