What is the SET EXCLUSIVE value for each datasession? If you open a file in exclusive mode, it can be in use in only one session on one machine. While the default for a private data session is off, it is scoped to the data session, and if no session is specified, opening from the command window defaults to SET EXCLUSIVE ON
