What OS is your client using in Israel? Also, how did you install you app? If you used the standard Setup.Exe from the Setup Wizard, then you're in trouble.
You need to use WISE or some specialized installation tool. The setup utility has to upgrade IE to version 4.0 at least, install DCOM and some other obscure features. In some cases, i just install VFP at the client's site and then delete it.
