It sounds like you have not got the label format directed to the printer or not got the user defined size selected. There is no way (to my knowledge) to suppress the eject after a windows print job. What my suggestion does is set the page length to 1 inch in the user defined paper size. Then when windows sends its mandatory form feed, it only feeds the rest of the 1 inch form size.
