This is actually the upgrade ti Win NT Wks. I'm not sure how many people are going to go out, think they are upgrading Win 98 to Win 2000, spending the $150 then realizing its not what they need; but it will be alot.

AFAIK, the new Windows 98 will be Windows Millennuim, its not the new code base yet, but will hopefully work better than 98.
