Title:
Data Environment Error 1967
I am migrating a VFP 3.0 application that was created by a contractor who is long gone (of course) to SQL Server using SQL Passthrough.
There is a DO method in an "application" class which is envoked each time a form is created. It issues a READ EVENT in order to wait for user input. Every time a form is finished loading, I get an error on the READ EVENT line 1967: Data Environment Is Already Unloaded.
Since I am not using a local database or remote views, I have removed the dataenvironment from all of the forms, and any code that may reference a dataenvironment. I have also searched through the code of the class for any type of command that may be causing the error, but I can't find anything that looks suspicious.
I can't imagine that READ EVENT does anything to the dataenvironment, but you never know. Anyone heard of this or had similar issues with a SQL Server conversion? What other things should I look for that might be causing the error?
Thanks.
