I would go for storing all your text prompts in a table and loading apppropriately depending on the country (Could be user configured).

Storing the multiple prompts in code would mean releasing new versions every time you made a typo or decided your translation was incorrect. I am using a framework product at the moment that supports multiple languages and that is the approach it uses.
