The workaround is to explicitly specify the font in the define bar statement of the menu. This causes the menu to display properly in NT 3.51 and presumabley Winframe.

Unfortunately, this negates the Win98/NT4 behavior of changing menu fonts from the windows control panel. Also, when using Genmenux, I can't get the *:FONT directive to work properly, when the .mpr is generated it either applies the font clause to a different menu bar, or sometimes places two on one line, causing a syntax error. For now, I am manually modifying the .mpr, with a case statement for OS version.
