I want to be able to scan the patients dbf and retrieve all the addresses and retrieve the one address from the clients database and upload them both to the yahoo.com travel website. When the site returns the mileage and directions, how do I go about saving what's returned into the patient's dbf or any other table for that matter.?

If you know the object name that the information is being stored in you could do something like (lnmileage=oie.document.mileage.value). Note that there is no form in that though. You may need to check the forms() collection to determine where this stuff is located.
