Hi

I think you will have to have the animated cursors installed on your machine, and if I can remember rightly these can be downloaded from the microsoft office site in the addins section.

You would then set the forms MouseIcon Property to point to one of the animated cursors, when your lengthy process starts, and set it back to a normal MouseIcon once the process has finished.
