It's better than the VFP 3 Mastering series. I agree, it was a waste. We (the Company bought this one) were looking for something to get started with and this seems to be OK (not great, but OK). It was available at the local bookstore and was cheaper than another set of $800 videos. I feel I'm getting my $150 worth.

Actually, VB doesn't seem to be much a hill for someone who has programmed in VFP, just a different syntax.
