My work is planning to create tables that will grow by the thousands daily. Although that's fairly fast, only one process will really be populating the tables, and maybe 20 people will be viewing/manipulating the same table at the same time. How worried should I be about data integrity? I could get them to upgrade to sql 7 if I really wanted to, but it's going to be like pulling teeth, so I want to avoid that if possible.
