My only thoughts are that you don't have the CD in the drive (or the
drive hasn't finished with recognizing that you just inserted the CD),
you should just uninstall and reinstall the DOCs (if you did install
them locally or on a network drive) or you could also have a network
connectivity problem if this applies.
Uninstall/reinstall is probably your best option.
