Better of telling them that the app was built using Visual Studio with VFP/VB combination to be specific. VFP plays more on the UI while VB plays on the Middle-tier. The argument is, we've used VFP on the UI because of inheritance issue which VB doesn't support. I've seen one software company done this thing and it's a banking system.
