App built with VFP/VB. But who knows what language used in the Middle-tier. The argument is, COMs can be hidden but not UI. I could even say COMs were built in VC++, but it's hard to tell isn't it? Although, I am saying this, still, I am not in favor of not telling the truth. OTOH, "white lie" is still a lie.
