I tried your solution, nothing happened!!, I'm using SP3 on W95
this is what I tried

DECLARE INTEGER LoadCursor IN Win32API;
INTEGER hInstance, STRING @lpfilename

lpfilename = "c:\windows\cursors\f_busy.ani"

nRetVal = LoadCursor(0,@lpfilename)
