Hi!

A simple solution I use is to install.
Adobe Acrobat 4.0 on the client machine.

When they print they are asked for which printer. Then they select Adobe PDF Writer.
Then they are asked for a filename.

It prints the report to the PDF doc and then they can attach this file to their email manualy.

Of course you could do more automatically for them but this would work with no changes to the app.
