Seriously why not just leave the system 10x7 ALL the time? If they are having problems with font readability in other things a few tweaks of the Display Properties / Appearance tab and they should be fine. Bump up the font sizes for: Icon Font, Icon Spacing, Menu Font, Message Box, and ToolTip and they should be fine. With other software like Word that % size button is a solution.
