Here's what I've got in my main.prg file for an app:

SET SAFETY OFF
SET EXCLUSIVE OFF
SET TALK OFF
SET CONFIRM OFF
SET ESCAPE OFF

I'm pretty sure it doesn't come up with that message anymore.
