Actually that tip is for hiding bands, but anyway you can check it:-

1. go to www.vfug.org
2. use the same password and username what u are using here to log in
3. different icons will come, click on tips and tricks
4. search for hiding unwanted bands in report.

for your problem there have been multiple discussion and as far as I remember it was done by opening frx file as a table and changing few values. but fore more specific and detailed info. pls refer to the previous discussions.
