Yep, I had to go through the registry and delete the keys for NAV. Now it works!!!!!! ARGHHHHHHH!!!

I regard most Anti-Virus software as only slightly less malicious as viruses themselves. I went through similar experiences with NAV some months ago- took me almost an hour to purge the registry of all references. Jerks.
