Either turn word wrap on and try and eyeball it, or put this for the caption int he properties sheet (you must begin with an "=")

="1" + chr(13) + "Enter" + chr(13) + "and" + chr(13) + "Update"

Than make sure to adjust the Height property or set it to AutoSize. Does this help?
