I know Rod Paddock has it because he demonstrated using it at Foxteach but it was not included in his session stuff. It would be VERY handy when modifying base classes and you decide to a add a common property or method to ALL of your base classes and don't want to go through the steps of the class designer. Cut and Paste in a PRG file would be so much EASIER!

I am presently using this utility to create custom classes that I can drop on my forms visually. It is called prgtovcx and I believe that it is part of the TRUE pack of several (4?) utilities that Tom Rettig released to public domain. Problem is I can't figure out where I got these from. I have used it to allow me to make basic changes to classes that cannot be made in the class designer (for example I couldn't figure out how to make standard properties protected without creating a program generated class), or just to create custom classes, and allow them to be appear on my form controls toolbar for dragging and dropping.

The only drawback is that you can't refrence any class in your program code, that doesn't exist in the VCX that you're putting the code in. Thus all superclasses have to reside in the same VCX.

I like the tool, and I hope you can find it somewhere! If you can't maybe I can e-mail you a full copy complete with disclaimers-etc. I'll have to see if I have the complete file.
