I'm currently involved in a little project. What we need to do is establish control of an electronic balance using a dektop PC, so we can automate some of our test procedures. I've written a little app that works fine when connected to a modem, but refuses to operate at all when hooked up to the balance. There's precious little in any of the manuals about how to set things like this up, so does anyone have an idea?
