I've heard of the "product" but never heard of anyone (even indirectly) who's bought or used it. No idea if it works or not, or even exists.

If you can't get pre-sales support from them, what do you think post-sales support will be like? Do you think they are a business-like organization with whom you want to do business?

BTW I just went out to the site you listed... it's a blank page saying "We're sorry, this website is empty".

What more do you need to know?
