John,
I've found a solution in a third party library called focus.fll written by pat boens. Download the focus.fll library from
www.fastwrite.com and use the PRN_GetPrnData function. Documentation is also available from the same site.
B.T.W. if someone else has found a more pure VFP (so without third party libraries) solution please reply.
Walter,
>In Crystal Reports, to change the printer you need to send the function the printer name and port which can come from aprinters() but you also need to send the driver name. I can't find any VFP function that gives it to me. How do I get the name of the driver assoicated with a printer? I need to do this myself and not just have CR do it because we aready have over 100 FoxPro reports and a very nice printer control system in place.
