That did the trick - I cleared out the EXPR, TAG and TAG2 fields in the first record and the report printed just fine.

In your opinion, does this mean that I should go in and clear out those fields for the other reports in the app before I build the EXE and distribute the app - just to ensure that the users don't experience this problem?
