How in the hell would Outlook function without MAPI? It's impossible! Most of the PEMs in Outlook are simple wrappers to MAPI functions. And you cannot open a Folder without getting the MAPI NameSpace!

Sorry I can't help you but when you resolve this you might want to write a FAQ or KB on your troubles.......
