Im trying to concatinate a string like so "???2000FEB.rep" while building the file name I ran across the following behaviour.
When I issue a:
? format(month(date),"MMM")
I get
Jan
When I issue a:
? date()
I get:
2/28/00
So My system date isn't set for last month ... Whats up with this?

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animated contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsel or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen."
