I looked at it in connection with my two page report problem (which it doesn't solve) when someone mentioned it here several weeks ago. Its main function is making reports with user-selected and user-ordered fields. The author is Markus Egger of EPS. It's probably worth looking at and remembering for the future, even if you don't need it now.
