Hi Robert,

   Are you saying that only one question appears on the form at a time? I had
thought of doing it this way, but thought the scrolling form to be a better
option until I came across the Height problem.

>In all of the 3 survey systems that I have done I found it best to have one form with a object responsible for retrieving the next question. On my last system the object was installed on MTS sending back information on the next question and the available answers. This was then used for several other applications to do reporting and incorporate the information gathered into these systems. It is working great and take only one form with an instance of the object to conduct a survey.
