MS SQL70 comes with a new version of ODBC driver. Maybe you are using older version for SQL6.5.

>It was set to 1 (update) but with that setting I started getting the weird behaviour I described (SQL 7.0 seemed to be doing a delete and insert but only the delete was being 'saved' -- If I used row buffering Update Conflict errors started to occur also). When I changed the setting to insert and delete I could get it to work in table buffer mode. Some views worked with update, others seem to require delete/insert -- very strange! As I said before the update settings have worked fine (for the past couple of years) in sql 6.5, Oracle and VFP data, but is failing (with some views) in sql 7.0 -- any ideas?
