I'm willing to create a small app ( some forms taken from a huge reservation system ), and install it on some application server.
After 10 seconds of research, i see Citrix has the best solution, but before i jump into the cold water, i'd like to check upon some points:
1. my client will buy Metaframe. What OS should it be installed on? Citrix sales guys put the pression on Win2000, but is it safe enough?
2. i understand i should have also Terminal Server running, is it compatible to Metaframe, a part of Metaframe, or a completely different beast?
3. the guys will install a metaframe server with 1GB ram. When i told them about my app., they said the database has to be installed in a different server ( of course, when i can choose, i use novell ). Should i install my app in the Metaframe server and have my app call the data in another "mapped" server?

I also went to the 'finetuning' threads for metaframe, and read everything about supercache. Is there any obvious matter i'm missing?
