Hullo Michael,

I did this (a long time ago) using a table of dates containing
all holidays (entered by users),
all Saturdays and Sundays up to last holiday date entered,
which was then sorted and indexed on the date.

Then by Seeking start and end dates, with near on, in the table, the difference between the two recno()'s deducted from the total days between the start and end dates gave the working days. It was relatively quick.
