This is very doable. I have done this for years. The only thing I will suggest is to make one computer the primary computer. What I mean by that is one computer updates the palm pilot and the other computer is updated by the palm pilot.

You have to do this to get started. If you leave both computers so that you can download info to the palm pilot you will get duplicate entries. Just watch the hotsync log.

BTY I use Desktop to go and Outlook exclusively so your results may vary with other software.
