I'm having some trouble accessing a link library written in the C programming language. I have a situation with multiple computers. I have a Visual Foxpro v5.0 program that accesses a C link library. On 93% of the PC's, the VFP program does access the C library just fine. But on the other 7% of the computers there is an error accessing the C Library. The actual error messages are as follows: "Library file CVALUE.FLL is invalid", and "API library is not found".

The PC's mentioned above all have the same configuration. The hardware specs are identical: 64 MB of RAM, 200 MHz Intel processors, etc. The PC's are Dell computers with the standard setup. We are not doing anything special to the software or hardware configuration on the computers mentioned above. The PC's mentioned above are running Windows 95.

Are there any ideas on this bizarre scenario?
