Hello folks.
I was selected by my boss to give a technical interview to a potiential new VFP programmer for our company. This is fine and good, however, being a relatively new to VFP myself (even though I think I'm pretty good for my experience level), I don't know what I can ask this person to find out if he is the real McCoy or a pretender. My plan is to see if he can at least produce a simple application, but we had some goofy moments when the applicant kept asking for few more minutes (it turned out to be few hours with nothing to show for it) and we don't want to experience that again.

Any pertinent interview suggestions will be appreciated.
