This was actually written by Robert Green and edited by Whil Hentzen. It was originally published by Pinnacle as part of the Pros Talk Fox series. MS Press later took all the books in the series and bound them into one volume.

Hentzenwereke Publishing has a new C/S with VFP book slated for later this year.
