I went to http://casadellibro.com/ and put the word FoxPro in the "casilla de busquedas" and found seven titles, move of which are in Spanish:

When I went to their page on databases (http://www.casadellibro.com/nivel2.asp?cat1=INFORMATICA&cat2=BDS) I only found three or four books on VFP. You can order these books online at that site. The current exchange rate of pesetas, given the poor performance of the euro, is 170 to the dollar.
