You can use MS Paint with the printscreen button. Just hit printscreen go into paint and paste the clipboard into it (CTRL-V). Then use the top right item on the tool bar to select only the portion of the screen print that you want. Copy that (CTRL-C) and paste it into Word or Whatever.

This might sound like a lot of work but it is really easy. This also works on users machines that do not have the utilities that others have suggested.
