I wouldn't even give them that much of a 50/50 chance! Why not ask, "What is the firing sequence of form events when a form starts up and when it closes down?"
That would show if:
1) They know what the events are
2) If they know the correct order
3) Therefore, if they likely know where to receive parameters sent to a modal form
4) If they know anything about DataEnvironment events
5) And much more.
