Actually, if you could do this, you could really screw some people up I think. Some program that is the size of the desktop that runs in the startup folder and that won't close.
I mean, you can run the Task Manager to kill it, but I think a small percentage of users would know how to do this...
You could make the form look like the desktop and when the user double-clicks an icon ...well, you could have some fun in all kinds of ways.
