Can you tell me if an english speaking person will be answering your VISA/Mastercard number. It sort of freaked the personnel who received my requisition form for Premier membership fees. They would like to establish a premier membership for me via credit card but the tape machine answering the call spoke only French. Any response would be appreciated.
