General troubleshooting observations:

1) "Once in a while" means a shorter time than you have now gone with no problems after removing transactions?

2) Did removing transactions also cure the other 2 sites which were losing records?

3) Is there any other common factor with those 3 sites, such as the number of workstations or quantity of entries (=heavy load)
