I've come across this problem too. COPY TO (cFileName) XLS only seems to copy 16384 rows ( 16383 rows plus the 1 row of field headers ). What I do is either copy the records to a FOX2X dbf or to a CSV file. Either of these files can be opened in Excel. ( Well Excel 2000 anyway ).
